Ski vacation season is coming up again. Snow skiing and snowboarding resorts are due to open soon. There has never been a better time to take advantage of travel deals on ski vacations around the world.
Until the site shift into gear we are providing a small directory of resources and agencies that may offer sellar deals on ski vacations for the upcoming ski season.
With the exception of Ski 93 Trips ski vacations we have not used any agencies listed to book ski trips.
Ski 93 Trips - Offers a variety of very reasonably priced ski vacation packages to the US, Canada, and Europe. Our trip to Interlaken Switzerland a couple years ago was magnificent. A week-long trip including meals, lodging, and airfare was about US $1050. Skiing in Switzerland was absolutely amazing!
About.com Skiing - A general skiing information site with information on all things skiing including ski vacations, ski equipment, and competitive skiing. Also includes a skiing forum where you can discuss various skiing topics.
7 Springs Mountain Resort - Recently rated one of the top 5 ski resorts in the East and in the process of undergoing a quarter billion dollar expansion. The night life is great, the amenities are awesome, but the crowds can be huge and the vertical is only 750 feet. There is something for everyone during a 7 Springs ski vacation but the hard-core skiers may want to look elsewhere.
When taking a ski vacation, it helps to have a large group. It's often cheaper and can be a lot more fun, but sometimes difficult to put together a large group. Ski clubs often put together a number of ski trips during the year. Join one, and your vacation options expand.
